Welcome to Love and Leadership.

This course exists because I spent the first two decades of my career unaware of a fundamental distinction: leadership is not about what you do. It is about who you are being while you do it.

I believed leadership was about capability. Intelligence. Discipline. Results. I worked in high-performing organizations that rewarded those things generously. I was promoted. I earned credibility. I delivered outcomes that mattered.

But I was also slowly breaking.

Not visibly. Not in ways that interfered with performance. But internally, something was collapsing under the weight of constant vigilance, constant suppression of anything that did not serve the immediate task.

This course tells the story of how I learned that distinction — and gives you the practical system that emerged from it.
